Earlier in my career, I was a consultant supporting the rapid acquisition of counter-IED technologies at the Department of Defense and later led the implementation of modernized communications and information-sharing platforms at the Department of State. My background spans fintech strategy, traditional management, organizational development, and leading large-scale transformational projects. I’ve managed sizable teams and matrixed cross-functional groups through development, rollout, and continuous improvement of systems essential to organizational success. This includes the creation and management of frameworks to enhance strategic decision-making. More recently I have been at the forefront of monitoring short- and long-term market trends of consumers and industry and helped leaders plan how the regulatory ecosystem will evolve in the face of financial technological developments.
