Senior-level R&D leadership position to inspire and lead our R&D Innovation team through transformational product and process innovation projects and initiatives. Leadership includes guiding and developing a team- Sr. Scientists/Lead Scientist, providing technical insights and overseeing short term & long-term innovation projects from ideation to commercialization. Demonstrate joint accountability for project success, by building strong partnerships with internal stakeholders and external partners, as needed, to drive projects successfully to completion. The position is an integral member of R&D Leadership and will engage with other R&D talents to achieve strategic initiatives and help create a high-performing R&D culture.
