After a successful career in executive search in the Pittsburgh area, Zimmerman established Zimco to recruit professionals in the financial discipline, placing controllers, chief financial officers (CFOs), and financial analysts for top companies like Guess™, Transamerica Financial™, Koll Management™, and Ralph's™.

Recruitment Expertise

Just a year and a half ago, Zimmerman was hired by an BioEnergy company to handle personnel recruitment. When he started, the company was comprised of only 25 people, and about a year later, the staff grew to more than 100. The manpower includes Ph.D.-holders, Engineering Management, Expert Machinists, Process Engineers and Design Professionals.

Zimco’s clientele widened as the company expanded. For the last six years, Zimco specialized on placement for the Aerospace and support industries. The search assignments included a broad-spectrum of positions—from designers and cryptographers, to program managers.Currently, Zimco’s projects include major searches for systems and mechanical engineers as well as team leaders and managers for worldwide aerospace firms.
