Founder and president of El Greco, Peter N. Toundjis, possessed the foresight to start a crewing agency 30 years ago. His vision was that the employment of Filipino seafarers and crew would flourish, providing employment for Filipinos, contributing to the economy of the Philippines, and meeting the needs of ship owners. He worked with the Government of the Philippines to form policies, regulations and government agencies that would encourage growth and regulate the industry.
Our company is family owned. For two generations we have adhered to a policy of maintaining the high standards required by our principals.
