• Created dashboards and reports in ServiceNow and Elastic Search to easily display information.
o Built and edited dashboards in ServiceNow that focused on equipment for the tollway. This included equipment that is broken, at the lane, retired, and spares in the stockroom, which led to approximately 30 minutes saved daily.
o Generated a report that focused on equipment mean time between transfer, so tollway could understand which assets, locations and manufacturers were failing more than normal.
o Crafted a weekly report through Canva that detailed the Tollway’s performance for Corrective Work Orders for the prior week, which detailed overall performance, as well as performance in each system, problem cause and resolution.
o Produced widgets and dashboards in ElasticSearch that showed KPI performance.
• Analyzed liquidated damages for the company.
o Created Liquidated damages (LD) monthly reports, both on a daily and monthly basis.
o Analyzed LD reports to determine if LDs were assessed, where the company could save money (approximately 80%) in fines.
