I currently manage 18 properties owned and operated by San Diego Housing Commission. I prepare budgets, financial forecasting and variance reports for all my properties. Most financial analysis is completed by me as the property manager, and I have extensive training and experience with all financial aspects of property management. Previous projects include the management and lease up of a large Senior 62+ community which included management and supervision of several staff members to meet strict deadlines. Most recently I was selected to participate as a mentor for San Diego Housing Commission’s Mentoring Program. This program allows me to assist other colleges to foster both professional and personal development goals, as well as enable the agency to build talent and resources internally. It gives me the opportunity to contribute to the growth of SDHC’s key talent to ensure future success and personally helps to build my capability as an effective leader. Continued education to gain further knowledge and skill is very important to me. I have successfully obtained my real estate license and am currently taking continued education to obtain my broker’s license. I am also completing my courses to obtain my CAM certification.
