I have reached a crossroads in my executive career and while I’ve developed a high level of expertise as a Global Chief Legal Officer, for the past four years, I have been leading as the President, GCLO of Aruze Gaming America (North, Central, and South America) -- the Americas-based operations of a multi-national corporation. I find myself really enjoying this role, so much so that I’d like to pursue a CEO or COO position. Under my leadership, I navigated the company through the economic downturn resulting from the pandemic and have returned the company to profitability while transforming it into an efficient organization through cost controls, talent development, and instilling a culture of pride and ownership.
