We were founded in 2020 and have a team of 10 solely focused on crypto recruiting. Our initial specialty was marketing and compliance. But, after making a placement, our clients had us work on everything else so, we have become generalists recruiting for a variety of positions. We make 12-20 placements a month and can have candidates to you within one week to help you hire within 3 weeks.  We also offer a 90-day replacement guarantee meaning that if your hire does not work out, we will find you a replacement.
