About the Principal

Chris Spahn graduated from Marquette University with a business degree, specializing in Marketing and Personnel, and completed the Army R.O.T.C program and was commissioned a 2nd Lieutenant in the Adjutant General Branch, specializing in Personnel. Chris was promoted to Captain and became a Company Commander in the Headquarters Company of an Army Reserve Training Division.

He has 30+ years of sales management and marketing experience as a partner in a food brokerage firm and President of an Interactive database marketing company. That experience provides the foundation to find top talent for your company.

As a food broker, Chris was an integral part of major new product introductions and the sale of world class brands including: Gatorade, Stouffer's Lean Cuisine, Minute Maid, Vaseline Intensive Care Lotion, Arm & Hammer, among many others.

Spahn began his recruiting career in 1999. He has helped consumer durables manufacturers establish national direct selling and training organizations, while also recruiting talented marketing, operations, and sourcing professionals.

Chris has helped national retailers roll out new store formats by recruiting Department Managers and Store Directors.
