Those that the client airline wishes to make a Job Offer to are advised and Sigma coordinates as necessary details on: Confirmation of Acceptance of Offer / Confirm with the Airline the pilots’ Notice Period and availability for Starting Operations / Final reference checks / Outstanding documentation / Visa and permit processing, etc.

Sigma coordinates details to Pilots on: Positioning Travel Arrangements (Flights & Accommodation) / Arrival Briefings / Initial Induction Schedules working with Pilots and the airline until the day that the Pilot arrives on base to commence assignment.
