Jack Groban & Associates is a boutique retained executive search firm, founded in 1989. The Firm merged with AT Kearney, a global management-consulting firm, in 1993 and was reestablished in 2002 with affiliated partners in Chicago and San Diego.

Mr. Groban has over 30 years experience in executive search. From 1993 to 2001, he served as Managing Director, North America and the America-West region of AT Kearney’s Executive Search division. He was elected an officer of AT Kearney and of their parent EDS. Previously, he served for six years as head of the Executive Search and Human Assets Consulting practices of PriceWaterhouseCoopers in the West; and for seven years as Managing Partner of Boyden International’s Los Angeles office, a top-six search firm with 33 offices worldwide.

Mr. Groban began his career with J. Walter Thompson Advertising, and in Human Resources with Pacific Life. He received his MBA Degree from USC, and has taught HR Overview and Organization/Workforce Planning courses at UCLA and USC. He has been a frequent contributor to publications and conferences including The Wall Street Journal, USA Today, CBS News and numerous professional publications.
