For 20-years he was CEO of one of the most successful temporary help staffing organizations in the southwest with eight offices. His staffing organizations were in the top 10% of sales in the United States.   

His educational background includes a Bachelor’s degree from California State University in Long Beach, California and a Master’s degree in Business and Human Relations from Webster College in St. Louis, Missouri.

Aaron is very active in the community and has held many leadership positions in professional and civic organizations such as:

-Board Member, Bright Future for the Little Rock School DistrictBoard

-Member, Global Ties Arkansas (non-profit partner with the US State Department)
