Ryan has 10+ years of recruitment experience working for both nationally recognized, publicly traded firms and boutique executive recruitment firms focusing on retained, contingent and consultant level searches. Focusing on everything from S&P 500 companies to rapidly growing start-ups, Ryan enjoys helping build world-class teams in the finance, operations, supply-chain, and investments space.

Ryan graduated from Pacific Union College and lives with his family in Southern California. When he's not working, he enjoys boating, skiing, cycling and climbing with his son and their fierce mountain pug, Sushi. 

Paul maintains more than 15+ years of experience working for a publicly traded staffing firm and boutique executive recruitment firms. He has represented clients ranging from pre-revenue start-ups to Fortune 500 organizations. Paul has extensive experience delivering best-in-class talent at the C-level to staff. He has worked with Private Equity/Venture Capital and supported a wide variety of industries from electric car start-ups, space companies, to ice cream manufacturing.

Paul graduated from the University of Southern California and currently resides with his family in Vancouver, Washington. Outside of work you will find him playing with his 4 kids and if any spare time afterwards, playing hockey.
