After this role, Angelo served as Vice President for one of Virginia's largest Real Estate Investing firms. Angelo has over 3,000 direct hires for clients to his name. In this role, Angelo learned how to leverage data, people, and processes to truly get a company's value proposition across to a potential customer or client. 

Our other founder, Kimberly Argentieri, started her first business at the age of 23. They say you only need 1,000 True Fans to be a successful creator. What are AKA's Rates?

There are no minimum fees associated with our searches. The fee is simply 20% of the total expected first year compensation for each hire. Simplicity is key when it comes to client and provider relationships. We understand this well at AKA Search Group and keep it simple for those we work with.
