TSG is a subsidiary of GLOBERT Consulting Group. GLOBERT is involved concurrently in several business projects. It provides business consulting services in the areas of human resources, EEO, and organizational development and conducts retained or contingency searches through its TSG component. For 20 years, TSG has contracted services to employers seeking top notch senior executives and/or professional engineers.

Specifically, Technical Search Group (TSG), is an executive search, recruitment and placement firm serving employers, professionals, and executives throughout the nation. 

Our commitment is twofold. First, we strive to substantially reduce our client employer's hiring cycle time while providing them with qualified candidates who are "work ready" upon final interview. Secondly, we take pride in our ability to assist our client candidates in reviewing and summarizing their core competencies and their career priorities to achieve a better fit in the workplace. Our goal is to provide both the employer and the candidate with opportunities for making both positive and profitable organizational changes. 

History and Purpose

RAM Associates was formed in 1986 by Robert A. Morris and performed EEO consulting services and executive placement. Bob Morris has nearly 30 years of expertise and a track record in EEO investigations, settlements, executive search and placements, and Human Resource Administration. TSG devolved from RAM Associates. Gloria J. Morris, formerly, Gloria Jackson, formed ODA (Organizational Development Associates) in 1986 where she provided development consulting services to For-Profit and Non-Profit organizations including cities, municipalities and Redevelopment Agencies. 

Gloria Morris holds a Masters in Organizational Behavior (MOB) from the California School of Professional Psychology (CSPP), in Fresno, and is an Organizational Development (OD) practitioner. Today CSPP is known as Alliant International University (AIU). The couple married and merged their business skills and professional careers into GLOBERT Consulting Group, which is now a husband and wife partnership, and the parent company of all of their business projects.
