Phillips & Associates is a retained search firm that specializes in serving the hearing industry.  We have specialized for over fifteen years in locating Hearing Instrument Specialists and Audiologists for hearing aid retailers, hospitals and E.N.T clinics.  We have successfully conducted searches in almost every state in America and in all Provinces in Canada.

We are an old fashioned recruiting firm.  We do not advertise on the internet for positions that we are retained to fill.  You will not see us place ads on any of the major career sites used by the hearing industry.  We use "good old fashioned recruiting" by getting on the telephone and telling candidates about positions we are retained to fill.
