Recruiting is the backbone of our company and for over 20 years we have developed and refined our recruiting methodology into a Successful Placement Process, a simple but effective set of steps to ensure that customers and contract employees have a positive experience when working with us.  In addition, our recruiting software utilizes artificial intelligence to assist our team in finding candidates for your opportunities more quickly than our competitors, giving us an edge to identify a great fit for you our customer.

While most companies use us for contingent workforce or for direct hire, our ability to tailor our services sets us apart from our competition.   Our mission statement is: Achieve Excellence By Serving Others.  So, in 2009 Cynergies launched “Land your next job.com” which is a free, self-serve portal to help people looking for work in a variety of industries.  

In 2013 we launched our Veterans Back to Work Program, to assist those transitioning from the military back into civilian life.  We consider this to be part of our civic duty and this program has helped dozens of veterans find jobs in IT and provider employer’s candidates with strong work ethic, leadership skill and that understand the value of teamwork.
