In the Summer of 1966, Paul W. and Joyce Burnett left their careers to start Burnett’s Great Southwest Employment Services in Arlington, Texas with the mission to make a difference in the staffing industry through unrivaled service, honesty, integrity, and professionalism. Initially specializing in permanent placement, the family-owned business quickly grew to include Direct Hire, Temp-to-Hire, and Temporary employment services becoming what is known today as Burnett’s Staffing.

Today, with seven offices across Dallas, Plano, Las Colinas, Fort Worth, and Arlington, our original mission remains the same as we strive to provide the highest quality recruitment, screening, and customer service to help grow exceptional teams as well as assist professionals advance in their desired careers.
