The Recruiters Network was founded in 2011 by Jason Buss. With over 20 years of human resources and talent acquisition leadership experience, Jason is a recognized expert with deep experience in identifying, recruiting and hiring high-performing teams. He lives in the Bay Area and has built recruiting and diversity capabilities for some of the most successful companies to IPO. Jason is currently the Vice President of Global Talent Acquisition & Workforce Strategy for MongoDB.

Jason has also authored and published content in and has been quoted by The Huffington Post, Fast Company, Bloomberg, MarketWatch, Society for Human Resource Management, Corporate Executive Board and more. He is also a frequent speaker at recruiting conferences and events throughout the world on topics ranging from recruiting ROI and innovation – to analytics and building influence and credibility.
