Interviewing, Placement & Negotiation
Our lead recruiter recommends 3-5 interview-worthy candidates in a timely manner. Within four weeks of those interviews, we help our partners identify their ideal candidate and negotiate a final offer, which includes structuring of compensation and benefits.
Even after the candidate accepts the offer, our work is not finished. We conduct a post-offer quality check to see how we could have served you better.
