Established in 1972, Eastridge is an employee-owned organization that was founded on the mission to help individuals find careers that offer fulfillment. Through a core belief to servant leadership and fostering growth, we have remained dedicated to our original mission while innovating technology and services to help our clients thrive.
In 1971 Bob Svet started helping our first clients find the right employees throughout San Diego. Following steady growth, we had our first regional expansion into Las Vegas in 1974 and began offering temporary placements in 1976.
As we continued to grow and expand we started to develop industry-specific recruitment offerings. In 1983 we started our light industrial staffing offering and legal staffing 1988.
Our service offerings continue to grow, adding more specialized divisions throughout San Diego and Las Vegas. Our teams expand to offer specialized HR, finance & accounting, healthcare, technology & engineering, and construction.
We introduced our workforce management solutions, audit & compliance and payrolling, in 2007. In 2009 Eastridge expands into Orange County and Los Angeles to bring our workforce solutions to all of Southern California.
In 2015 we unified our individual service offerings as Eastridge Workforce Solutions and introduced our robust technology platform, Eastridge Cloud™, to make managing your contingent workforce easier. We had 18 offices in 5 countries with further global expansion plans underway.
In 2019, the Svet family sold a significant block of shares to an Employee Stock Ownership Trust in order to extend to its employees stock ownership in Eastridge.
